# Central de Suporte e Notificações

## Central de Suporte

Precisa falar com a gente? Na aba **Suporte**, escolha o motivo (Bug, Dúvida, Reclamação ou Feedback), conte o que aconteceu e envie por:

* **WhatsApp** — abre uma conversa com a nossa equipe, já com sua mensagem escrita.
* **E-mail** — abre seu aplicativo de e-mail com assunto e corpo prontinhos.

Nenhum dos dois grava nada no sistema — são só atalhos para chegar até a gente pelos canais oficiais.

## Central de Notificações

O **sino** no topo do painel te mostra as novidades mais recentes do sistema (melhorias, correções, coisas novas). Um contador vermelho avisa quantas você ainda não viu; basta abrir o dropdown para marcar tudo como lido.

Quer ver mais? Clique em **"Ver todas as atualizações"** e acesse o histórico completo.

## Comunicados

De vez em quando, a equipe do Lagenda pode publicar avisos importantes — uma manutenção programada, uma novidade — que aparecem automaticamente num modal quando você entra no painel, enquanto estiverem dentro do período de vigência.
